At the heart of this package is the high gain Bi-Directional Amplifier. This system is ideal for
medium applications including warehouses, factories, large offices
and any other open area building.
All CAE-600 Packages come with all
you need to get the system working.
Parts include:
- High Gain FCC
licensed In-Building Amplifier (either Cellular, PCS or Nextel)
- 7 dB Yagi Directional Antenna (12 dB Panel
antenna for PCS)
- Ceiling Mounted Omni Directional
Antenna
- 50' type LMR 400 low
loss cable with connectors already attached. This connects from amplifier to
Yagi Antenna (Panel for PCS)
- 50' type LMR 400 low
loss cable with connectors already attached. For indoor antenna in one
internal antenna system.
- 100' type LMR 400 low
loss cable with connectors already attached. For indoor antennas in
multiple internal antenna systems.
- Power Supply for the Amplifier

Connect together the system as follows:
Typical Installation
Instructions
1. Install External Antenna on Roof.
(Panel antenna for PCS, Yagi antenna for all others)
2. Install Amplifier inside at convenient location. Make sure 120V
available to connect power transformer (do not power up)
3. Run cable from External Antenna to Amplifier
4. Locate the Internal Antenna install on ceiling (or wall) and connect
cable from antenna to Amplifier.
6. Check all cables and power up amplifier
7. Rotate External Antenna until maximum signal strength on phone inside the
building in the area covered by the internal antennas is achieved.
8. Securely Fasten External Antenna.
