Having good cell phone signal coverage in your home or office is essential and the Taurus repeater systems solves the problem of low signal or no signal problems indoors. With only one Taurus system, you can end the occurrence of dropped calls or no calls from ANY cellular phone provider.
With the FCC licensed amplifier, the Taurus Repeater system is designed to improve cellular reception for all types of service including GSM, CDMA, TDMA, EVDO, Edge and iDEN operating. Simply select from the list of available systems, either Cell-850, PCS1900 or iDEN (Nextel). This system is designed to improve the cellular signal in areas of 5,000 sq. ft.
How does it work?
The Taurus Home Repeater takes the signal from an external antenna mounted outside a building, amplifies it and rebroadcasts it to the interior of the building with an indoor antenna. The same process occurs in the opposite direction taking the signal from the cell phone and sending it outside via the antenna and amplifier.
The Taurus contains components that are engineered specifically for cell phone signals. The amplifier is fully shielded in a metal case with no plastic components. This ensures that no electromagnetic waves escapes the case. The cabling is double shielded, and our antennas are manufactured to our engineer's specifications.

Installation instructions
1. Install external antenna on the roof
2. Install amplifier inside at a convenient location. Make sure 110v is available to connect the power transformer (do not power up)
3. Run cable from external antenna to the amplifier
4. Locate the internal antenna, install on ceiling (or wall) and connect cable from antenna to amplifier.
5. Check all cables and power up amplifier
6. Rotate external antenna until maximum signal strength on phone inside the building in the
area covered by the internal antenna is achieved.
7. Securely fasten external antenna.
NOTE:Estimated signal strength outside your home at roof level must be 2-3 bars or greater on your cell phone (-75dBm) for the system to function properly. If in doubt call us!
